A saying that starts, there is a man that I know

Considering biding for a houses like these; is sort of like dancing with a woman.
You need to love her and see all the good that can happen, and cry with her about all the bad that has happened
to her in the past.  And make the commitment to daily check her out and as quickly as possible repair her surface flaws
while loving the charm and warmth she still has to offer those who dare to LOVE her.  Buying such an auction house,
is sort of like the marriage to a woman who has been hurt bitterly in a past relationship. It will take many hours of
very hard work to "turn this house around" so it can get that certificate of occupancy and people can enjoy the warmth
and love that such a structure still has to offer. Lovingly take care of her and she will just as lovingly keep you safe
from the elements and peaceful in your own corner of this great earth.
Beautify her, and she will, in turn, give pride to you.

I would especially thank Joan Marcil for driving me around
for a few hours so I could look at 5 houses in this auction.
